Hi, I’m Joanna — a Registered Psychologist, trauma-informed practitioner, and the creator of Connect & Regulate.

After years of supporting people with anxiety, overwhelm, trauma, and emotional disconnection, I noticed something powerful: most people don’t struggle because they’re “broken” or “unmotivated.” They struggle because their nervous system has never been taught how to feel safe, regulated, and connected.

I created Connect & Regulate to change that.

This platform is a place where psychology meets simplicity—where evidence-based tools are transformed into gentle, accessible resources you can use anytime, anywhere.
